Who is online coaching for?

Anyone who wants a training program that's actually built for them. Whether you're brand new to structured training or you've been training for years and want to stop winging it, this is for you.

How does it work?

We kick things off with a 20-minute call where I learn about your goals, training history, schedule, and anything else I need to know. From there, I build your first monthly program and upload it to TrueCoach, an app you'll use to view your workouts, log your sessions, and track your progress. We'll have a 15-minute check-in call each week to discuss how you're getting on.

What is TrueCoach?

TrueCoach is the app your program lives on. You'll see your workouts, tick off sets and reps, log weights, and message me directly, all in one place. It's straightforward to use and free for you as my client. Not sure about your form? Send me a video through the app so I can assess!

What does $249/month include?

A personalised monthly program, weekly 15-minute check-in calls, unlimited support through the TrueCoach messenger, and a program that evolves as you do. There are no hidden extra costs or fees.

Do I need a gym?

Not necessarily. But we'll discuss your equipment access on our call so your program matches where you're training.

What if I have injuries or limitations?

Tell me everything on our initial call. Your program will be built around what you can do, not what you can't. And if something changes mid-month, we adapt.

Can I message you in between sessions?

Yes, I'm available through the TrueCoach app whenever you need me. Whether you have a question about a movement, something came up with your schedule, or you just want to share a win, I'm there.

Can I pause my subscription?

I don't offer membership pauses to keep things simple on both sides. If you need a break, just give me 30 days' notice. Whenever you're ready to come back, one week's notice is all I need to get you back up and running.

How do I cancel?

Just give me one month's notice and that's it. No lock-in, no awkward conversations. I'd obviously love to keep you, but I get that life changes.

What if I need to urgently stop the programme?

Life happens. I'll accommodate the best I can if you need to urgently stop.
